Balans is one of Soho’s most recognisable hospitality brands—an all-day dining institution that has served London since 1987. Known for its late-night culture, inclusive atmosphere and loyal following, the brand has long been a staple of the capital’s social and dining scene.

Jackie Clode-Dickens joined Balans at a critical moment—initially for a short-term engagement during a senior leadership transition, before quickly becoming embedded within the executive team to lead group-wide marketing and strategic direction.
